This report presents the story of a real negotiation with an Austrian customer who had previously received saffron samples from us.
The customer’s main concern was the price fluctuations in the Iranian market and the financial risk. Our goal: to build trust, stabilize the price and guide the purchase to the right volume for market testing and then larger orders.

The meeting with Mr. Nosrati began. In the first call, the customer was worried about the fluctuating prices of saffron and said:
“Prices in Iran are always changing, I don’t know when to order.”
This concern is natural; a customer outside of Iran cannot understand the fluctuations of the rial and the volume of the Iranian market.
